How to Store Bulletin Board Borders

Bulletin board borders come in handy to make the edges of your board look neat and tidy and complete the look, but if you're anything like us, you have a LOT of them hanging around!

So how do you store all those borders to use in the future? Here are some of our favorite storage tips:

  1. Put clothespins on a clothes hanger, and clip each set of bulletin board borders to a single pin.
  2. Clean out empty frosting containers, roll up your borders, then slip them inside the container. A piece of painter's tape at the end of the roll will keep them secure, but make sure you label the container so you know what's inside!
  3. Use a binder clip to clip them together, and hang them from a hook in your classroom closet.
  4. Use a binder clip to clip them together, then string the collection of binder clips on a binder ring to keep them all together.
  5. Use holiday wreath bags.
  6. Roll them up, tape them off, then slip them into a hanging shoe organizer.
  7. Use an under-the-bed storage box to lay them flat, then slip the box at the bottom of your closet.
  8. Use pants hangers to hang each set of borders.
