Very impressed after just one visit! I was able to go online and secure a appointment at 10am when they opened. The front desk receptionist was very welcoming. She was kind enough to come out and hold open the door when she saw me walk up with a double stroller. The Stylist greeted me as well and was very kind with my kids. Cute car seats and fun video games. All in all my sons got a great, quick haircut! We will be back!

I was on my to bring my 10 month old for his first hair cut yesterday. We didn’t have an appointment but figured they could take us in as a walk in. I called around 2:50 just to be sure they could take us in. The lady told me she couldn’t accept us as a walk in because there was already an appointment at 3:00. She was dry in personality and didn’t seem to even care because she didn’t even offer us a later appointment or even an appointment on another day. I understand they had an appointment but how busy could a child’s salon possibly be on a Monday that she couldn’t even have the professionalism to at least offer us an alternative. So rude! But thank you, because we took our business to the location off of Preston and Warren and had a wonderful experience. My son did great and we were in and out in under 15 minutes. We were treated well and given just what we asked for. So if anything we gained and this location lost a great little customer. This location is closer to us but we will gladly make the drive to the Stonebriar location instead. I would not recommend this location. Thanks for nothing.

Went to get my son’s hair cut. At 1:15pm on Monday, as I’m walking up with my one year old son, the stylist walks out to her car that is parked in the spot right in front of the door and gets in. He open sign is still on but on the door is a small red sticky note that says out to lunch. Be back soon. She watches me struggle to read the sign and handle my son at the same time. Then I turn around to walk back, we make eye contact, and then she looks down quickly. Are you freaking serious. The salon opened at 11... you need to eat within two hours of your shift? Not to mention be back soon is a very vague statement. I was going to give this place a try. Drove all the way from mckinney. Even called beforehand to ask if they were busy. Was not told that they close for lunch at all on the phone. Never coming back. That employee should be written up. Customer service is supposed to be what employers strive for. This employee has none.

The price was a bit on the higher end - shampoo is included but I didn't see any of the kids get it. However, Lupe was amazing with my son and he was excited to leave with balloons, candy and tattoos.
