The frame is powder coat painted and the materials are made of anti rust materials. This stand can be folded and comes with the tool tray as shown. Similar rolling stands with tool trays are sold elsewhere for up to $400. The height of this stand is 32.75". If you buy a stand with a go kart, there will be no additional shipping charges
