Don't end up with frittata all over your face! Learn the proper technique for cooking this Italian-style omelette.
Step 1:
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add olive oil to grease – this will stop frittata from sticking. Add frittata mixture to the pan.
Step 2:
Reduce heat to low so the base of the frittata doesn’t burn. Cook until the frittata is set around the edge but runny in the centre.
Step 3:
Preheat grill on high. Cook the frittata under grill until golden brown and just set. Set aside for 5 minutes to rest. Serve.
